The vacation home has two vacation apartments and a private apartment on the ground floor. The Falco vacation apartment is on the upper floor and the Rondine vacation apartment is on the top floor, both with two bedrooms. The flower-filled garden is an oasis by the lake, which you can reach via steps. The garden has dining tables and deck chairs. The
garden and beach offer plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, barbecuing, or socializing. The beach slopes gently. A wide gate on the lake side allows water sports equipment to be stored on the property. From the mountain side, a few garden steps lead to the house entrance. From Pianello, you can quickly reach the neighboring towns to the north and south by car, where you will find good shopping, nice restaurants, and typical trattorias.

Surfing and water sports equipment can be rented in the village and in the neighboring villages—most of which can be reached on foot via the lake.

Here you can see everything your heart desires, from small, simple boats to the typical “Lucia” boats.
In Cremia, on the other hand, the Lumin and La Baia restaurants, both in panoramic locations, offer typical Lombard dishes.
