Wonderful and cozy apartment located in a modern and bright villa in the green of the Eur with private garden and private entrance. Near Parks, Arts, Culture, Ministries, Shopping Centers. At 200 meters from the Palazzo dello Sport (known as PALALOTTOMATICA), near the Rome Convention Center (the Nuvolillo di Fuksas), at the Atlantico disco, Spazio 900. It is suitable for business travelers, solitary adventurers, couples, children (free up to two years old) and older people. Ideal for diving in the reading room and focusing on the studio, the accommodation is located in a residential area, with no traffic and with parking available at any time.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. On request it is possible to have two single beds in the same room instead of the double bed. The flat screen TV is in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom have two skylights with wide electric opening for light and air. The entrance, which gives onto the living room / kitchen, has a 'WIDE GLASS that allows the entry of sunlight. It has a curtain that however can lower the brightness for those who prefer the non-direct rays. The accommodation has a washing machine and if you need laundry service (including drying) is on request and subject to charges. Heating and air conditioning are autonomous and easily adjustable.
