The house is located 4 km from Palma center and about 4 km from the airport. The beach and the bus stop to Palma and Arenal you reach about 150m walk.
I rent rooms in 1. Floor with balcony use. The rooms are modern, bright and attractively decorated. The bathroom is shared with 2 other rooms. Pool usage included. No kitchen use, but refrigerator cutlery and glasses are provided if needed. You are welcome to take your meals on the balcony. There are animals in the house. If you book accommodation with me, they should not bother you, in the best case you should be animal-loving. An official license to rent is available
