Positive: Great view- - pool and beach access with BBQ tables-
Negative: ⸻ The place has a great view, and our family keeps coming back—it’s been our favorite getaway. Although this was only my second stay, my family has visited multiple times. However, I would like to highlight a few concerns regarding the room: • The A/C duct appears to be full of dust and needs cleaning. • There are wall glitches and cabinets that seem to be poorly placed, blocking part of the room entrance. • We had requested not to be assigned the same room again, as this is the second time we’ve been placed in the same one. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the right person during check-in to address this concern. We were later informed via chat with the agent that we should notify them in advance next time if we wish to avoid the same room. We hope these points can be taken into consideration to improve future experiences.
