This spaciaous four-story townhome is the perfect basecamp for your San Juan mountain adventure. Step into the foyer with easy storage for all of your outer gear and a full-size washer and dryer. On the second floor/main level relax in the comfortable open-concept living area with a wood-burning stove, kitchen and dining area; perfect gathering spaces after a great day of activities. Prepare a meal together in the stocked kitchen or on the propane grill and relax at the custom wood high-top dining table or the outdoor dining tables on the deck.
After dinner or in the morning step out onto the deck to take in the breathtaking views of the San Juan Gateway.
The primary bedroom on the fourth floor features a Queen bed, vaulted ceilings a full bathroom and views of the San Juan Gateway. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds with a full bathroom just around the corner in the hallway.

PARKING:
Guests are welcome to park up to one regular-size vehicle in the garage and one regular-size vehicle in the unassigned complex parking lot. Trailer and RV parking is not allowed, but a free overflow parking lot is located just around the corner at the west end of 9th Ave.
DISCLOSURES:
As with most properties in the area, this home does not have air coditioning. The summer season high's are typically in the 80's and the low's are in the 40's. The evening cross breeze and house fans cool homes down quickly after the sun goes down.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
