Tastefully updated and decorated 3-bedroom house that’s a short, delightful walk (just 19 minutes) to northern entrances of Augusta National GC. Also just 15 miles to Champions Retreat Golf Club where the ANWA tournament is played the week before. Very comfortable home with queen poster beds in every bedroom. Ample parking area with two driveways and close to restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping (Costco, Kroger, Publix, Cabela’s, Texas Roadhouse, Fishbone, Olive Garden, and many more). Full-service kitchen with lots of cookware and cupboard space. New gas grill on patio for outside cooking. Washer/dryer, garbage disposal, gas fireplace. Lamps/sockets with USB ports. Lots of closet space. If you are interested in taking a daytrip north to Georgia's wine country (about 90 minutes north of Atlanta), ask us for recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and hotels.
