This is not an average Townhome. It's unique, comfortable; a unit with lots of light and great views. Decorated with a southwestern touch and boasts over 3000 square feet of living space. It sleeps seven in three comfortable bedrooms. A large deck adds openness where a gas grill and outside dining are available. Its an inviting gathering spot offering amazing views of Nottingham Lake and Beaver Creek Mountain. A welcoming foyer provides place for jackets, boots, hats, shoes, and skis, storage.
The main level of this wonderful property is equipped with an open floor plan and hardwood floors. The family room is cozy and welcoming and exudes comfort.
