(Your private 720 sq ft deck is so large it would hold 75 people!).
All condos/suites/rooms in this name brand resort are individually owned (NOTE: I am not allowed to use the name of this Brand Name Riverfront Resort & Spa in my advertising). I have chosen to take this suite out of the resort rental pool and use VRBO, saving the management fee and pass on the savings to you!

GIGANTIC 720 SQ FT DECK: Located in the exact center of the hotel above the lobbyBest location in resort. 720 square feet overlooking the pool, Eagle River and Beaver Creek Mountain. This deck would hold 75-people! Private fire pit for roasting s'mores on the deck. The resort charged a 30% premium for this location/view. Deck has 12 chairs, 4X8 table, 2 chaise loungers, 2 side tables, private fire pit
