The Space:
This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden and pool features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. This rental is located within South Seas Resort.
Guest Access:
Please note that South Seas resort is building a new waterpark at the entrance to the resort. Due to the proximity of this complex to the construction site, there may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where guests can enjoy fantastic dining and shopping!
Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.
