A fantastic townhouse in Åkered. The house is only 600 m from the sea and a nice beach with both sand, pier and rocks. Frölunda Square Shopping Center is a 5-minute drive away. Gothenburg city and Liseberg are 20 minutes by car. Good municipal bus connections are available. The balcony and the garden are in the perfect west facing position with sunshine from noon to about 22.00. Dining room furniture, lounge chairs, sun loungers and parasols are on the sunny patio. The flexibility is great at this wonderful place! There is also a large Weber grill and a Berg trampoline trampoline. Many berry bushes and a nice lawn.
