Spacious villa with a good standard and homely interior and close to the sea in Askim in western Gothenburg. A perfect house for a family or group that wants to take part in all the attractions of the entertainment city of Gothenburg, such as Avenyn, Liseberg, restaurant life and shopping. At the same time that you only have a few minutes' walk to the sea and several well-arranged swimming areas. Many nice social spaces both inside and outside. Here, the whole family will enjoy themselves, big and small! The house is on two levels and is situated on a larger fenced (perfect for children or dogs) garden plot with lawn for play and games. Many nice patios where you can choose to follow the sun's path in the sky or sit in the shade and read a book. Here there are both lounge groups, sun beds and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your time off over a good meal and drink. Entrance level has an open floor plan with dining room, living room and library. Spacious kitchen with all amenities. Living room with TV and fully tiled bathroom and separate laundry room. A flight of stairs leads to the upper floor and the three bedrooms each with double beds; 180 cm, 160 cm and 140 cm wide beds. Another bathroom with shower and family room. Exit to balcony where you can start the day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. (One room is closed on the entrance floor) Only a short walk to the beautiful Askimsbadet with both a long sandy beach, lawn and over 250 m long bathing pier. Several other good bathing spots in the vicinity such as Hovåsbadet and Näset. Only a few hundred meters to Gyllene Korven with simpler food and pizza. About 500 m to Askims Torg with several restaurants and services. You can easily get to all of Gothenburg's entertainment by bus or a few minutes by car. Feel free to visit Linnégatan's and the Haga area's cozy quarters with many good restaurants and shops. Feel free to take a day trip to one of the Gothenburg Archipelago's car-free islands; Donsö, Styrsö, Brännö, Asperö or Vrångö. All worth a visit. Don't miss a visit to the amusement park Liseberg or Universeum either. Feel free to take a ride with Paddan, stroll along the parade street Avenyn or pay a visit to the beautiful Trädgårdsföreningen.
