The beautifully decorated cottage has been described as modern chic, you’ll feel at home as soon as you enter through the side door into the open floor plan kitchen, dining room, living room.
Enjoy a spacious white kitchen with quartz countertops, gas stove, stainless appliances, and attached dining room that seats six. From there, sliding doors open to a private deck and patio area with outdoor seating, perfect for al fresco dining. This home also features brand-new furnishings, a gas fireplace, and mini splits throughout.
Just a short walk from this charming home, you'll find the historic 'Sconset Village where you can stop in the 'Sconset Market for provisions and ice cream, then head around the corner to Claudette's for a sandwich, before making your way down to Cod Fish Park for beach access. Also nearby is the bike path and bus stop to Town.
First Floor Description-
From the front door entrance, you'll find an open floor plan with living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. Down the hallway are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a king en suite that features a double sink vanity with marble countertops and tiled shower. Both guest bedrooms, one with two full-size beds and one with a twin over full bunk, share a full bathroom with a rain shower, tiled floors and subway tiled walls. Both bathrooms feature heated floors.
