Baker's Loft is a light and spacious duplex apartment in the heart of the vibrant town of Lymington.
Friday to Friday bookings are preferred but happy to consider long weekends or longer stays so if you would like to book alternative dates please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will help if we can.
A major refurbishment including a new kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, electrical and heating installations, was completed in June 2021.
Baker's Loft is pet-friendly, as are many of the restaurants, shops and cafes around Lymington and the New Forest. In the apartment you will find inspiration for local visits and places to eat, and if our guests have any questions we are always happy to help.
The apartment is situated in a historic listed 18th Century building and is full of original features such as large sash and case windows throughout, a cast iron fireplace, and its original winding staircase to the upper floor. The property sits just a few minutes walk from the famous Town Quay, and is on the doorstep of the beautiful New Forest National Park. With easy access by car or train (0.3 miles).
Baker’s Loft is in the heart of Lymington so is surrounded by lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and other facilities, including the Town Quay, the Coastal Path and the splendid Victorian open-air swimming pool. The historic Lymington Charter Market takes place every Saturday all along the High Street
The New Forest and its surrounding areas are a wonderful place to visit all year round, with a huge amount to do and see for people of all interests, from birdwatching to history, walking to cycling, (Cycle hire is available from Figgures Cycles a few yards down the High Street) and just pottering and eating good food.
