Welcome to Splash 407 West. This unit is on the 4th floor in the West Tower.
This is a beautiful corner balcony unit with panoramic views of the Gulf and the beach. It has been newly redecorated. Both king bedroom suites and the living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The unit sleeps up to 8. It has two King mattresses, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk area with two twin size mattresses. We are now accepting bookings!

Summary: I took my 2 granddaughters, ages 6 and 11, and we had a great time! There was plenty of room, the beds are nice and high and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were close to the elevators so it was a convenient location and the elevators could not be heard from the condo. The owners were super communicative and provided all the info we needed.
