Inside cozy up by the wood burning fireplace, play a board game in the spacious Bonus Room or do a puzzle in the dining room, watch a movie on the 65" big screen TV, or practice your short game on the putting green downstairs. Our sunny, light filled home has a cozy, mid-century country house vibe that makes for a great home away from home. The bedrooms have been carefully assembled with premium mattresses, bedding and linens.
There are two floors to the home. Upstairs has an open concept layout with a great room, three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs includes one bedroom, one bathroom and a large Bonus Room that includes ample seating space and a gym setup. Alternatively can easily be used as an indoor playroom.
Upstairs:
The upstairs great room features a living area, dining space and full kitchen. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a 65" smart television. There is also an elegant dining space and a well-equipped kitchen for your culinary use.
The primary bedroom is large and light filled, including a Casper King Mattress, en suite bathroom with two sinks and combination soaking tub and shower. There is also a reading nook, full-length mirror, two dressers, and a walk-in closet.
There are two additional bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom just across the hall from both. Each comes with a comfy Queen bed and a large closet. Bedroom 2 has a large dresser and Bedroom 3 comes with a small modern desk.
Downstairs:
A large Bonus Room is located downstairs which includes a seating area with a 58” UHD television, gym setup and a putting green for your use.
Bedroom 4 is located directly off of the Bonus Room and includes a comfy Novaform Queen bed, full desk, monitor, closet and two large windows. This bedroom has easy access to the third full bathroom.
Access the Garage directly from downstairs with a parking spot available for your use. Additional parking in the large driveway.
Dogs are welcome! Just let us know in advance if you're bringing your furry friend <80lbs. Additional charge for larger than that and more than one dog.
