The spacious living room area features a plush sectional couch, two comfortable arm chairs and a flat screen TV. The nearby sliding glass doors offer a view of your private lanai.

The striking kitchen is equipped with everything you need for breakfast, dinner and everything in between. It has granite counters, stainless appliances and tons of cabinet space. Prep meals at the large center island, which also has seating for four at barstools.
For more formal meals, the contemporary dining table just off the kitchen seats eight. The four-season enclosed lanai has great entertaining space with an outdoor couch, three comfy loungers and patio table for four, all overlooking the golf course. Stay cool with the dual ceiling fans keeping those comfortable breezes blowing through.
Fall asleep under the watchful eye of the city that never sleeps – the first bedroom includes a posh mural of the New York City skyline and a comfortable queen bed. This bedroom would make a great master with the en suite bathroom.
Offering a more traditional feel, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and tasteful, neutral blue and brown décor. It’s a slumber party with Elsa and Anna in the Frozen-themed third bedroom, where kids will enjoy sweet dreams in the two full beds. On the other side of the galaxy, the fourth bedroom is decked out in Star Wars bedding on the two full beds, space décor and cool V-Wing Fighter wallpaper.
