Located in the pines in the upper area of San Juan River Village, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath vacation cottage is perfect for those romantic getaways and also ideal for an affordable vacation home for a family of three.
Located over the garage of this beautiful location, you walk up some stairs to the home where you enter in the living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is perfect for the size and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The living room has a cozy couch that opens to a full sleeper for the kids. The dining area has a 2 person dining table with 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. Enjoy the serene view from the living room where you can watch the deer, turkeys and other animals pass by.
There is a queen bed in the private bedroom with a large closet, nice views from the window and a full bathroom.
There are not many 1 bedroom homes in Pagosa to rent, but none that match the decorations, comfort and obvious care by the owners to provide their guests with a wonderful, serene vacation casita.
