This charming property offers 4 bedrooms which includes a king, 2 queens, and 2 twins, as well as a soaking tub in the Master Bath. The home is spacious and makes it easy for large groups to enjoy. An open concept kitchen/dining/living room plus a bonus loft area with a futon for the kids to watch their own T.V. shows. Guest will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. There is an expansive deck off the living room as well as a small private deck off the master, both with excellent river views. Enjoy your time in Pagosa Springs at our peaceful and relaxing house.
Located 6 miles east to the town of Pagosa which offer lots to do and explore. There is the Worlds Deepest Hot Springs, river rafting & tubing, fishing, horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, and plenty of dining and shops to experience.
Wolf Creek Ski Area is known for having the most snow in Colorado and is a short drive (only 17 miles) from the home.
San Juan River Village is a quaint subdivision. There are a couple of stocked ponds located in the Village and you'll have private access to the San Juan River right from the front yard of the home.
You'll wake to the tranquil sound of the river plus mountain views. Yes, it’s all right here.
The river on one side of the home and the National Forrest on the other. This is not only a beautiful home but a spectacular location.
We also offer RV/camper parking and are dog friendly with an additional fee.
