There is also texture and warmth with new carpet throughout, blankets and fresh linens and towels. There is plenty of beautiful light with vaulted ceilings and skylights. This house in tucked into a quiet neighborhood with mature tree lined streets in the center of the coveted Briargate neighborhood. It is walking distance from John Venezia Park, Starbucks, King Soopers grocery store, Lifetime fitness and the hospital. It is just off Briargate Pkwy which leads directly to Powers or I25.
