There’s also an excellent fishing spot right out the front door where bass, catfish, & crappie are abundant! The famous Hells Gate on PK Lake is a short 5-minute boat ride. Also within walking distance are Hemmingway’s Craft House & Pie House - two of the top restaurants with live music, amazing outdoor patios, and perfect lakeside views. For outdoor enthusiasts, there's a 1/2 mile hiking and biking trail with stunning views of the lake. You’re also likely to spot deer, geese, & other wildlife around the property.
The condo features brand new luxury amenities. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping 8. The master suite boasts beautiful views of the pool and harbor, a 4K smart TV, with an attached master bathroom including a double vanity and an oversized shower. Secondary/bunk room includes (2) queen beds, and (2) twin beds, a smart TV, and arcade machine! The adjacent guest bathroom has a large, 60” soaking tub with a shower.
