The dining room sits directly next to the kitchen and accommodates a table for 6 while the kitchen island offers seating for 2 more. The garage is 7ft tall and 11.5ft wide to fit most boat trailers for storage. Boats allowed up to 26ft long. The community was designed as a boating community and garages made specifically for trailers, outdoor parking of trailers is not allowed. Parking a boat trailer on the street or in the parking lot may have the trailer towed by the HOA. *Current presence of about 15 Manatees in the mangroves that are being monitored by FWC*

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
