DOWNSTAIRS :
Entering in through the main front door leads straight into a large, open plan living/ dining room which is spacious, light and airy with aircon, comfortable L shaped sofa, plus poof and a large dining area, smart tv with netflix and wifi.
The long galley kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/ freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, e.t.c.
Returning back to the living room there are french doors which leads out to the back of the house which has an outdoor jacuzzi (to be completed may 2025).
Next to this is the wellness roomwhich has a dry heat sauna, mini gym and pamper/ beauty treatments.
Continuing downstairs is a second smaller kitchen with all mod cons, living room with comfortable seating area with tv and dining area which seats four people at a breakfast bar.
Through the hallway is a seperate toilet, bathroom with a sink and a bath with shower attachment, a double bedroom with plenty of storage space and a double bed, next to this room is a childrens play room/ relaxation room with beanbags, games, books, games console e. t.c.
Back through the second kitchen is a spacious cloakroom and lovely wooden staircase which leads to upstairs.
UPSTAIRS :
Leading up the windy, wooden staircase are;
Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with plenty of storage space, lovely wooden floors and great lake views from your window.
There is a seperate toilet and a bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower.
