MODERN, LUXURY 2,204 square foot 2-story home in North Phoenix just off the I-17 freeway!
3 spacious bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, two bedrooms with one wooden grey bed set, and the other with LED control, and the master bedroom with Cali-King sized bed.
All bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, and den room are located on the second floor, whereas the kitchen, dining room, living room, and one half bathroom are located on the first floor.
*2-car private garage (shared driveway with neighbors), community hot tub/pool, and BBQ, in-house laundry, Wi-Fi, fireplace and designated parking are all available and open for guest use! Close to Anthem Outlets, Happy Valley Norterra Center, and the 303 freeway!
(Fenced/bricked backyard is not remodeled, just sand and dirt)
AIR HOCKEY/TENNIS/POOL TABLE upstairs, along with choices of board games.
Home is not equipped with cable services. TV offers free channels, apps, rentals, and extras for use. Streaming services (Netflix, Hulu) not provided, but are available for use with your own subscription.
Guests will have access to all rooms of the home BESIDES Master Bathroom's closet for owner's private/coded and storage/maintenance.
An electronic code for the front door keypad will be provided to you prior to entrance of home. Pool/hot tub keys will be provided, as well. A Ring doorbell outside the front door will remain active during your stay. Front door Ring doorbell records, sends videos, audios and images.
Home is thoroughly sanitized between each guest’s stay. In addition, home is inspected for any lost, stolen, or broken items. Please remember you are a guest in the home so be considerate of others. Treat this home as your own. The home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip!

Summary: The house was beautiful and tucked away in a gated community. The house was beautiful and more than we had hoped for. Communication was superb! The keypad was a little difficult to work with but having the option to park in the garage was a plus. Would love to stay here again.
