Positive: The condo was clean and comfortable.
Negative: The patio/view was of a very close dirt wall that led up to the parking lot. No view; no privacy. The thermostat was set at 50 but it was still warm and windows cannot be opened. The hot tub roared to life all by itself around 6:30 every morning. No instructions so we weren't sure how to stop it from doing this.
