The house is situated on seven acres of meadow, which lends itself to incredible unobstructed views, privacy and sunshine. The property is backed by National Forrest with hiking, snow shoeing and nordic trails right from the property. There is a seasonal stream that is home to an abundance of water fowl and wildlife. The property looks below to open space and a private ranch. There is access to the Gore Range trail across the street. It is very private because there is no public parking access, so it lends itself to quiet walks in the woods. It is also just a few minutes to fisherman's access and Gold Medal fishing in the Blue River. It is within a few minutes to The Raven Golf Course and 5 minutes to shopping, dining, entertainment and a full recreation/fitness center. This ideal location is just 20 minutes from five major ski areas, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland and is 30 minutes from Vail Resorts.

The house is wall to wall hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows. The style is mountain/modern which features all contemporary appliances and furnishings. The grand kitchen is great for entertaining. It has large countertops that seat five and adjacent seating area that seats 14 around a custom table. The great room has vaulted ceilings and a large gas limestone fireplace for warmth and ambience. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings, many windows for light and views and hardwood floors. The bathrooms are custom tiled floors, countertops and showers. The master suite has French doors that are a private access to the wrap around porch, patio and fire pit, and it has a private bath with a jetted jacuzzi tub. There is a wrap around, covered, stone porch and a flagstone patio with a large gas fire pit and a gas grill….great for outside entertaining. There are also hammocks that swing from the porch in the summer for relaxation and just taking in the sun, stars and mountain views.
