Located only one mile from downtown Palm Springs, the 2,445 sq ft house is located on a lot that’s over a third of an acre. The amazing West-facing yard features multiple citrus & mango trees, mature palm trees, a 15-foot tall ficus privacy hedge, a spacious grass area plus panoramic mountain views. Resort-like amenities include a large pool and spa, fire pit, hammock, eight chaise lounges, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and counter seating, covered patio with ping pong table plus al fresco dining for eight. The East-facing front patio has two seating areas, one of which is a counter-height bistro table with chairs, and is the perfect place for your morning coffee. The interior design of the house epitomizes the Palm Springs lifestyle with pops of orange and lime green, fun wallpaper, mid-century modern furniture, Palm Springs-inspired artwork and just an all-around whimsical aura. The house has something for everyone: two master bedrooms, two guest bedrooms, formal living room, formal dining room, chef’s kitchen with coffee bar, family room with 75” TV, foosball table and video games and an office with a desk & office chair. There is also a two-car private garage with Tesla charger.
Master bedroom one features a King-size bed, six-drawer dresser, two nightstands, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 55” TV and direct access to the pool area. A unique feature of this suite is that it has pool and mountain views from the bed. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower with waterfall shower head.

This is where I usually describe the living room. While Oasis Del Sol has an extremely nice living room, it's the Game room and office that offer guests something you just don't find in your average ordinary vacation home. The Game room is very large and features a comfy sofa chaise set in front of a 75" TV. But that's just the beginning: Board games, a foosball table, Skee-Ball and two arcade games are there for your enjoyment. One of them features Ms. Pac-man, Galaga and other classic arcade games. The other is an NFL Blitz football arcade game. The very whimsical pink flamingo powder room is conveniently located off the family room for game days that include lots of beer. Also located off of the game room, and separated by French doors, is an offce with large desk, mid-back executive chair, lounge chair and door to the backyard.
The formal living room, dining room and kitchen are an open floor plan design forming the ultimute communal living area. In addition to providing pool and mountain views, the formal living room features two sofas, a matching arm chair, 65" TV and a designer fireplace. The adjacent dining room seats eight, has pool and mountain views and has some very cool mid-century modern art adorning its walls. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with everything you'll need to cook and serve amazing meals. It also features a walk-in pantry for ample food storage. Appliance wise, the kitchen offers guests a refrigerator, two ovens, six-burner stovetop, microwave oven and a dishwasher. But wait, there's more: The kitchen also features a coffee bar with drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder and more. Lastly, the kitchen has a door that opens to the East-facing patio which is the perfect place to sip your morning joe.
