Step into the marble tiled entry with a full-size bench to take off your outer gear and store it. The second floor main level features comfortable new living room furnishings, a cozy pellet stove, an inviting dining area with over-sized circular dining table and the kitchen features new stainless steel appliances with all of the kitchen ware to prepare your favorite meal. Or barbeque your favorites on the gras grill and enjoy outdoor dining on the back deck. A coffee bar on the main level invites guests to create their favorite hot beverage. A half bathroom is also located on the main level.
After a full day of adventures get cozy and watch your favorite movie on the living room Smart TV or play a game together. Retreat to the bedrooms located on the third floor. The primary bedroom features a California King bed and window bench seating, a flat screen TV, Roku streaming for your entertainment enjoyment and a phone charger. The second bedroom features a twin over double bunk bed and a flat screen TV with Roku streaming. The full bathroom is located just outside of the bedrooms with a full-size walk-in tile shower with glass entry doors and double vanity.

In the spring, summer, and fall months visitor's enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
