The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom and TV, two doubles, and twin, serviced by a bathroom, shower room and a first-floor cloakroom and two ground-floor cloakrooms. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and barbecue, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog. Sorry, no smoking. New House Farm is a wonderful escape to Warwickshire, whatever time of year. Note: Surrounding fields have sheep and lambs in, dogs must be under control when in the garden as it is not fully enclosed. Note: There is a hose in the back garden, which the farmer uses to fill the water trough in the field when the sheep and lambs are there.
