4 Bedroom House in Dover Beaches North, Lavallette

Brand new two story 4BR and 2 1/2 bath with unobstructed views of the Barnegat Bay from the living room, dining room and kitchen. A 700 Sq Ft deck with outdoor table seating for 8 and 4 lounge chairs to enjoy the unobstructed views of the bay. Another deck is on the second floor off the master and guest bedrooms that only visualizing them can describe the view. An outdoor shower is on the end of the wrap around deck placed not to obstruct the view of friends down the lagoon. The living room has Optimum cable TV and WiFi, Apple TV (if you use your own ID/password), cable TV in master as well. Off the street parking and street parking available. If you prefer shade, an area under the house allows you to catch a breeze but avoid the sun and is very private. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a balcony overlooking the bay and its own private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and balcony overlooking the bay and shares a bathroom with the other two bedrooms. Each of the other two bedrooms have queen size beds and a pull out trundle- easily allowing three to comfortably sleep. By the way each and every bedroom has a closet, and exceptional views of the water from nearly every direction The house is now on stilts at 9feet off the ground; off street parking in the driveway can fit one car or possibly two - depending on size; also on street parking has room for two and possibly three cars if the driveway is blocked with your car. The area is safe can feel secluded since it is at the very end of the street away from the hustle and bustle ; you'll spend your time counting boats and waving to the passerby's in the boats; not to mention the fantastic sunsets for which this area of the NJ shore is called "Sunset Manor". Don't forget the bay beach is right across the street- great for all and best for "the kids" since the waves just ever so gently trickle in. The Atlantic Ocean is 3 blocks away reachable by foot, bike or car. Point Pleasant Beach with the local aquarium and boardwalk are 5 miles north and Seaside Heights/Park is 5 miles south from this very convenient Jersey shore location.
