Positive: Really great location with everything you need for a weekend getaway at the Jersey Shore. Really great to have a convince store a couple blocks away.
Negative: The only downside is the rooms are right next to the common area, so if you have kids with staggered bedtimes, you have to be pretty quiet in the common area once someone goes to bed. Same goes for the morning. Once someone is up, everyone is up.
