This beautiful, custom built home was completed last year and has never been rented before. Outdoor living is a premium with a 700 square foot deck and a 700 square foot lanai facing west that capture the entire Kohala coast line. Enjoy views of the ocean, sunsets, coastline, Maui, Kohala and Hualalai mountains. Currently, there are no neighbors to the left, right or across the street which enhances the sense of space and connection with the island's natural beauty.
The main floor includes the primary bedroom and en-suite bath and a second bedroom and second full bath plus kitchen, great room, laundry and pantry. The great room has a vaulted ceiling that peaks at 13 feet.
Located downstairs are two more bedrooms and two more full bathrooms, plus a second living area with wet bar. The downstairs celings are 10 feet tall and each bedroom has its own slider to access the expansive lanai and tropical backyard.
Waikoloa Village is just minutes from the top resorts, beaches, shopping, and golf courses along the Kohala Gold Coast and is approximately 35 minutes from Kona International Airport.
