A lovely, impeccably cleaned, fully-equipped home with travertine flooring, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, hickory cabinets, stainless appliances, breakfast bar, teak furniture, tropical ceiling fans, bamboo vaulted ceilings, tiled bath & shower, vaulted loft/bedroom and cheerful tropical furniture. Enjoy waking up in the morning with a cup of Kona coffee from your private lanai overlooking the 6th fairway of the golf course and expansive views of the Kohala coastline.
Free access to the tennis / pickle ball courts and swimming pool right across the street. Play golf at Waikoloa Village Golf Club across the street with a supplied amenity card for discounted rates.
Beach chairs & umbrella, snorkel gear, boogey boards, towels, golf clubs, and tennis pickle-ball racquets are all in the condo ready for your use.
Some of the best beaches in the world are only 15-25 minutes away!
Your own washer and dryer is in the unit with supplied detergent. There is fast, free Internet with cable and premium channels. Enjoy fluffy towels and first-rate bed linen. This condo is truly a great value for the money.
BEFORE BOOKING, KINDLY UNDERSTAND:
1) The condo entrance is up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.
2) The stairs to the loft (second bedroom and bath) are narrow and steeper than normal stairs, with only a partial banister.
3) The ceiling in the loft is low with a beam at 5'8". It's best for kids, or short folk like me!
4) Although there are plenty of fans, there is no air conditioning.
5) This is a no smoking / no candles property.
6) Condo association rules have a strict limit of four guests (including children) for this unit.
7) Without prior arrangements, check-in time is no sooner than 4:00 pm and check out no later than 10:00 am.
8) There is a security camera on the front porch. It DOES NOT monitor anything inside the condo.

Summary: One week at a condo that I have stayed since 2014. It changed owners, but the new one is as attentive as the previous one - and the views of sunset, Pacific, par three golf hole are as wonderful as always. It helps to have an attentive owner living in the unit next door to make any question answered and resolved (if needed) quickly. I love it and regret I just booked a week instead of more after a long East Coast winter.
