Summary: Overall, this house should meet a variety of group needs. We were a couple teenager and it worked well, but would work well with larger groups. Especially looks accommodating for larger group of kids with queen bunks with trundle and air mattresses available. Location is very convenient…nothing really of direct neighborhood appeal to speak of. But assuming you’re here for the beach, it works well to get to/from along with lots of retail and restaurants. Good beach chairs, some toys, towels et cetera to use on beach. The bathroom lighting is curious and too dim and water pressure is low in showers…strange for new house. But for short-term nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Solid B
