Positive: I liked the area, garage, tall countertops and toilets, quietness of the neighborhood and lighting in the home.
Negative: Entryway step into home is very high-it needs an extra step, no table outside (the owner said she would put one out there), very little kitchen soap (we left 1/2 bottle), NO kitchen dish towels, pot holders, measuring cups, ONLY 4 spoons, no coffee (picture of coffee in ad), cookware is old and needs replaced and more of them, only 2 bathroom hand towels and NO wash cloths, no bathtub stopper, blinds were dirty and some broken and one sliding closet door in front bedroom was broken.
Summary: Overall it was good.
