Relax with the whole family at Wind Mark Beach in Port St.Joe Florida. This peaceful area has so much to offer. This Brand New Build has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, patio by the pond with seating for 8 with a fire table, weber bbq grill , 5 bikes, a big wheel , a beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels , 3 flat screen smart TVs. Bike trails to the access ocean and /or to one of the two pools (east pool is heated during cooler weather) this is a very safe and well maintained beach community. Nice public bathrooms bu the beach too!
There are 4 bedrooms with 1 King, 2 queens, a full and a twin bed. 2 bathrooms each have a shower and a tub. Dining seats 7-10. Fully equipped kitchen with an Island bar chairs electric glass top stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, stainless fridge with clean water and duel ice dispenser! Griddle toaster, a drip coffee maker & coffee. BBQ grill in the garage.
Guest access
whole house, except some cabinets and 1 front door closet locked for the owners. Also some items in the garage can be used by the guests, the bikes, bike baskets, beach chairs, umbrella, bike wagon, beach blankets, beach towels, cooler, bbq grill, please clean after using it. Also keep the grill on the front driveway. We will have a bigger back patio in the near future for the grill. Charcoal stay with the grill.
Other things to note
We are new owners of this new build/ beautiful home. We will be at the property occasionally to check on the house and to stay in the winter months and also between guest stays. We will try to keep it up to par! We hope you love this area as much as we do, such a great area to relax and to explore the out doors! We hope you enjoy, relax and have great memories with your family during your stay.
