Positive: Very clean, seemed like a new facility. Plenty of space. Quite neighborhood, easy access in and out
Negative: Not as close to strip as I thought. Could use some darkening curtains, blinds were good but sunlight seeped through in bedrooms and window next to TV in living room
Summary: Very comfortable, very clean, well worth price
