Positive: The home was beautiful and spacious with a great kitchen for family meals. We enjoyed the large open area for the baby to run around and the family to gather. The Internet wifi was great for work as I worked everyday from the master bedroom with the desk set up. I can't give enough accolades for the ease of setting up comfortably with an additional monitor, keyboard and mouse set-up. I did use a keyboard without a keypad The wifi was 5G and responsive. When we questioned the air conditioner, someone was out the next day to clean it, check filters, etc. The house was comfortable during triple digit temperatures, staying around 78 degrees. We brought our 2 small dogs and managed beautifully. We did walk them as the yard is small and this allowed more activity. Our daughter brought her dog for one night. We paid the pet fee for all 3 dogs and followed their requirements. It was a relief to have a place to stay with our pets and family. Given our stay was geared around the air force graduation and work, someone was always there, but we did bring a pet crate, just in case. Having the washer and dryer was great. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: The trash and recycle are not picked up unless they are moved to the roadside for pickup. Recycle Monday morning and trash Wed morning. We missed recycling as we were unaware, but asked a neighbor and got the trash out. The other minor issues we mentioned for them to address after we left as nothing was an inconvenience.
