Just a short drive to the Indian River Inlet State Park (amazing beaches and surfing at the North Inlet), and a short drive to downtown Bethany Beach.
The home was completed in May 2021. The neighborhood is a quaint beach cottage community, 19 single family homes on stilts with a nice beach vibe. The neighborhood is great for families and individuals.
