This apartment is close to local amenities and public transport so no car is required. The complex is situated directly in front of the exclusive beach of La Malagueta and is only 15 minutes walk to the beautiful city of Malaga with a direct links to Malaga airport every 20 minutes.
La Malagueta is an exclusive area filled with large luxury homes and Tree lined avenues that will lead you down the coast to its pristine beaches. You will find a fantastic selection of beach side restaurants, Cafes and Bars that are all within walking distance and come highly recommended.
The complex also has a large gated parking area. as well as a private entrance that leads directly to the beach front. 10 Minutes walk from the complex you will find the beautiful Port of Malaga which attracts people from all around the world to sample the many restaurants, Yachts charters and large range of shops.
