Positive: Close to the NJ Convention Center and easy to get to the rest of NJ highways - many great little towns and restaurants nearby.
Negative: Trouble with door combo not accepting code, host did send a new code, after I finally asked for help which worked better, by the last day we figured out that the trick to the keyless entry door was to put the code in and then Press and HOLD the unlock button until the lock activated, the keyless doors I've used in the past did not require the long hold period. I wanted to list this detail so that others did not go through the same experience of running the numbers and hoping to get in. To set the lock on the way out, Press and HOLD the lock button, code not needed.
