Summary: For starters, this home is nestled in a quaint medieval village at what felt like the end of a road...We so enjoyed our « nest » apartment’s private patio full of « real » herbs for the meals we prepared in the kitchen that looked out onto the garden...The spacious and clean apartment had all it promised to have and then some...The location was perfect for hikes outside our nest-door and for exploring the villages and countryside in the Cevenne National Park. The owners were 100% prompt in responding to our every pre-trip inquiries (sadly we speak no French so we appreciated their willingness to cater to our English-only limitations). We feel lucky to have had found a place that worked so well for exploring this slice of France AND that provided a most enjoyable space when we wanted to rest.
