Positive: Chris was very friendly, very informative, he had provided drinks, wine and snacks for our family on arrival.
Negative: A tumble dryer would have been a great help, and also a freezer and some spare pillows, and we were unable to use the open fire which was a little dissapointing as this was one of the features that attracted us to the property.
