Positive: Very good location for Lido di Spina and very close to the beach. Well kept apartment with effective aircondition. The whole compound is in a secluded "yard" and the outside area is shaded by large trees, perfect for hot Italian summer days. Easy communication with the hosts.
Negative: Not really anything substantially negative to say, but a toaster could be a nice addition to the kitchen. The wi-fi was a bit unstable at times, but not a major issue.
Summary: Perfect for a stay at Lido di Spina, very close to the more busy Lido Degli Estensi.
