Close to Calle Orense, one of the main commercial axes of Madrid, with stores such as Zara, Mango, Pull&Bear, H&M, Bershka, C.C Moda Shopping and the shopping center of English: Corte Inglés. Easy and convenient access by public transport.
The property is close to the main street Bravo Murillo and strategically located next to the Alvarado metro (line 1 - Blue).
