The house is located on the island of Paros, on hill slope directed to the Southeast. A paved road leads from the main road to the villa. The sun shines directly on the house from sunrise to early evening. All rooms and the spacious terrace enjoy panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. You can see up to seven Aegean islands on the horizon. The house combines the traditional architectural style of the Cyclades with modern equipment and aesthetic architectural details: walls 50 cm thick, ceiling height over 3m, walnut tree ceilings from Mount Athos... The private swimming pool (about 5x7m) is for the exclusive use for the guests of this house. A garden with olive trees and other native plants invite the guests to relax.
