This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located in the Camp District on a private cul-de-sac is a must see! Renovated and professionally designed, this 2-story home invites comfort, and exudes a down-to-earth beach vibe. Prime location only steps to the newly expanded Camp Watercolor. The 1st floor features 12ft ceilings, an open concept great room with gas fireplace, abundant windows & beautiful hardwood floors. The gourmet kitchen has been completely renovated with high end finishes and appliances that will inspire your inner chef with its granite countertops, gas cooktop, farmhouse sink, and counter seating for 4. This home features over 1300 SF of porches and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with forest in the rear, lovely pond views to the side and a small park out front. Short stroll to Camp WaterColor, the tennis courts, the WaterColor Beach Club or many other Watercolor amenities.

Summary: Could not be more impressed by the house, the location, or the amazing customer service. We have stayed in hundreds of short term rentals all over the world and the Sandpiper team totally blew us away. The house is way better than the pictures, it’s right near the main pool area, has beach toys and an outdoor shower. We loved grilling on one of the many patios. There’s a cute pond in the back and the kids loved riding their bikes around the cul de sac. Golf cart was perfect for our family of 5. It was so easy to find, communicate with Sandpiper, arrange an extra day and early check out. Totally recommend!
