It's all the little things that are part of our days, but tend to get glossed over, the simple memories that last a lifetime, experiences that write our story and shape our lives. Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Offering Central AC to keep you cool and free WiFi to keep you connected! There are 2 AC-splits cooling the home; one in the sun room facing the doorway to the dining room and one in the front bedroom facing the doorway to the hallway. There is an AC window unit in the smaller of the 2 bedrooms.
When you enter the home into a breezeway off of the driveway, to your left is a fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through window to the family room allowing light to flow through and to keep the chef in your group a part of the conversation.
To the left of the kitchen and dining area (with room for 4) is a cozy living room offering plenty of seating including a futon for seating or sleeping (Full size). This room also hosts a TV, and a bright bay window to allow the sunshine to flow into the room.
Beyond the living room is a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 is on the left and has a Queen bed. To the right is the full bathroom with a shower and tub. Straight ahead, you will find Bedroom 2 with 2 Twin beds and a window AC unit to keep you cool.
This home has hardwood floors throughout the living areas and bedrooms and also offers a full washer and dryer which are located in the basement. You can access the basement via the breezeway entry.
Beyond the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4-6 people. To the right of the dining room is the bright and comfortable family room offering a game table, flat screen tv, and plenty of seating.
Through the family room, there is a sliding glass door leading to a new upgraded deck and patio where your family and friends can sit back at the patio table with seating for 4 to take in a summer barbeque on the gas grill or a quiet cocktail at sunset. There's plenty of space in the sun or the shade to relax. Don't forget the outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach - a Cape Cod tradition!
