Come home to your own world as you step into this relaxing, spacious, 100 square-meter apartment in Sant Gervasi, Barcelona. Known as a picturesque, family-friendly neighborhood, Sant Gervasi offers fine dining and luxury shopping.
What immediately strikes you is the light. The open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms have multiple, full-length windows. This combines with the decor and furniture to create so much light and space to enjoy. The fully-equipped kitchen is separated by a stylish breakfast bar. The dining area leads out to a spacious balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning, or a meal on a balmy evening.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make Nava perfect for a family. The master bedrooms features a queen-size bed, and all are beautifully designed. As well as the storage space in each room, there is a separate dressing room to make sure everyone’s needs are accounted for. Both bathrooms are stylishly decorated, one is fitted with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower.
There are 2 dedicated work stations, to ensure no one misses a beat. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.
