Summary: I received a long email in Italian which I can’t understand. We checked in at 3:00 so I didn’t think it would be an issue. The machine to check in was frustrating. It denied us. I called the number if there’s a problem and started to check in at the front desk by myself. Finally an employee came in to help. It was aggravating. The room and bathroom are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Good coffee. If not for the difficult check in, I would give it 5 stars.
