Positive: a cozy, charming little house in a historic alleyway, with a bench under an olive tree. the kitchen is equipped with basic amenities, including two hotplates and a small refrigerator with an ice cube compartment. towels, a washing machine, a drying rack, a shower, a tv, and a parasol are provided. a large parking lot, three restaurants, and a small beach are just around the corner. a big supermarket and several cafés are in the neighbour town and can be reached quickly by car. the landlady lives nearby, quickly resolves any problems, and offers delicacies from her own garden.
Negative: the bedroom (9m²) with air condition on the upper floor and the kitchen-living room (11m²) downstairs are connected by a staircase. not suitable for disabled people or small children. the small wardrobe has hanging space, but no compartments or drawers, and there is little space for more than one person. two people should come without much luggage as a long-term stay requires talent for daily space-saving. an elderly gentleman lives in the neighbour house, and unfortunately sometimes interrupts the otherwise peaceful silence for several hours very early in the morning.
